To book most on-campus rooms, you’ll need to use the University’s room booking system, Planon. If you’re having trouble using Planon, first ensure that you are connected to the University Network or using the Virtual Private Network. Room bookings must be made using your personal York account (e.g. abc123) rather than your student group email address. If you’re still having trouble with Planon, the best thing to do is to contact the Room Bookings office directly at roombookings@york.ac.uk or on 01904 324 500.
