This means that we don’t have your student data from the university just yet. This can be down to a number of different reasons, including waiting for resit results, board of examiners' decisions, or having not yet completed enrolment.


You will need to ensure you’re enrolled at the university via evision. After completing your enrolment, please wait 48 hours for the systems to update. If you still cannot access the website after the 48-hour period, please contact itsupport@yusu.org.
